After your order has been confirmed
and authorized it will be processed and shipped within 24-48
hours. This does not include weekends and holidays. If you
have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed,
we will notify you of this via email. Please keep in mind
that some items are made to order so additional time is needed
for delivery. The items that require additional time are
noted in their description.

First Class/Parcel Post shipping on all orders of $25.00
or more with a maximum package weight of 15 lbs via the
USPS to all customers within the Continental U.S. If
you need your order shipped differently or are not within
the Continental U.S. please contact us at service@pinkkoifish.com to
discuss your options and any additional fees. If you
are an international customer and would like to place an
order please contact us directly via service@pinkkoifish.com. We
will be happy to assist you and discuss your order and any
additional shipping & handling fees.
