We want you to be totally satisfied with
your purchase. We
allow customers 14 days from receipt to return or exchange
an item. If you are not totally happy with your purchase,
and wish to return or exchange your unworn merchandise you
must first request a Return Authorization number (RA). We
reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that evidently
shows damage incurred solely by the customer. All "Sale" items are FINAL SALE. No returns
or exchanges will be accepted without an RA number on the
invoice. You can request an RA by emailing customer
service at service@pinkkoifish.com. You
will receive a reply with your RA number within 24 business
hours.
All merchandise must be returned with the tags attached,
and the original invoice within 14 days of receipt. PINKKOIFISH.com
will exchange it or credit your credit card used for the
original purchase. When sending your items, we advise using
an insured carrier such as Federal Express, USPS Priority
insured or UPS. This will enable you to track your package
more easily. Please note that PINKKOIFISH.COM cannot assume
responsibility for uninsured packages that are lost or stolen
in the mail.
If you wish to make a return or exchange to PINKKOIFISH.COM,
please follow these steps:
- Make a copy of the original
invoice.
- Write the RA number on the invoice and
indicate on the invoice whether you wish to make an exchange
or receive a credit on the credit card used for the original
purchase. For exchanges, please indicate on the invoice
what merchandise you would like in exchange.
- Pack and seal
you return securely and include the invoice. Packages must
be returned pre-paid. PINKKOIFISH.COM will not accept COD
deliveries. All credits will be placed on the card used
for the original purchase.
