What are my shipping options?
PINKKOIFISH.COM is happy to offer FREE First Class/Parcel Post shipping on all orders of $25.00 or more with a maximum package weight of 15 lbs via the USPS to all customers within the Continental U.S. If you need your order shipped differently or are not within the Continental U.S. please contact us at service@pinkkoifish.com to discuss your options and any additional fees.  If you are an international customer and would like to place an order please contact us directly via service@pinkkoifish.com.  We will be happy to assist you and discuss your order and any additional shipping & handling fees.

Please keep in mind that we require 24-48 hrs to process your order.  Also, if purchasing one-of-a-kind or made-to-order items please allow for additional time. Typically, these will be shipped within 5-7 days.  We do not ship on holidays or weekends. PLEASE NOTE:  WE DO NOT SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES.  If you have a question or problem in regards to shipping please contact us at service@pinkkoifish.com.

Do I pay sales tax?
Only Texas residents will be required to pay sales tax.


Do you repair jewelry?
Yes. We repair jewelry free of charge within 30 days of your purchase from PINKKOIFISH.COM.  As we repair jewelry at our discretion, you must contact us for an RA# before sending anything.  Please see Returns/Exchanges for this process.
